When you get home from work on Monday, you try to relax with some Netflix, and suddenly, it is Friday night in the blink of an eye!

You want to learn Italian because you're theoretically saving money for that trip to Sicily that never seems to materialize. And you're so tired that you can't possibly hit the gym...

You wonder: where did my week go? You check your bank account, and your savings are in shambles, and you can't understand how that happened.

Then, you start to wonder if you're doing something wrong, but you can't pinpoint what's failing.

This is something that happens to ALL of us. Not just you.

Understanding your old habits and making new ones is quite difficult without some help. In fact, trying to be accountable seems like an impossible goal without some support.

  • Track your non-negotiables. These can be sleeping hours, quality time with your family, school runs, and prayers. Here, you can track how many hours (and how much some activities cost if you want to track that). Here, you can also input your salary.
  • Track your stuff & services. Here, you can log any type of purchase. Imagine you want to improve your house. This is where it would go.
  • Track your food. Count your calories (if you want to do that), and assess your current habits you currently have and whether you want to make any changes.
  • Track your health & fitness. Here, you can see anything related to health and fitness. If you want to start going to the gym, running, or if you want to track your mental health, you can do it in this section.
  • Track your learning. If you're a student, you can track here anything related to your studies. How many hours did you spend studying for an exam? Or if you aren't a student but you're learning anything online, you can track the time and money spent on it.
  • Track culture. Have you gone to the movies? Museums? Read any books lately? Understand your cultural habits and how much time and money you spend on them.
  • Track your social life. How much time do you spend with friends? Networking? What's your most social day? Understand your habits throughout the week.
  • Track your entertainment. How many hours do you spend gaming? How many hours do you Netflix & chill? Discover your habits and see if you want to change anything.
  • Track your travels. Do you move much? This is not commuting but going somewhere nice. Maybe a weekend in Brighton? A weekend in Area 51? Do you plan to visit Mexico?
  • And lastly, track chores and other. So, how much time do you spend cleaning the house? Doing the laundry? Taking care of anything else but you? (Wink to the super busy moms of the world). Here, you can track your chores for yourself or show your loved ones how little free time you actually have! You can also tack here anything else that you can think of.
